Assessment of Frequency on Railway Sleeper by Field Measurements and Static Analysis

The train is a mode of mass transportation that fast, efficient, and relatively affordable. To support the high demand for this transportation, adequate infrastructure also needed. condition must always be monitored so level security safety rail modes can in optimal conditions. One important component requires regular attention maintenance railway sleepers. In paper, finite element (FE) model was made sleepers using ANSYS software. From analysis on FE model, it explored deformation stress occurs due to loading. study, vibration tests were carried out based several types passing trains. It aims determine frequency value type train. This research initial stage series studies structural health monitoring procedures railroads.
